[Distance Learning Materials Request Form]
The Library Materials Request Service is available to students enrolled in courses offered through Moody Online or Aviation (and not residing locally). You may use this form to request items from our Chicago or Michigan libraries and have them shipped to you.
Requests are processed within 24–48 hours, and materials are sent via UPS, mail, fax, or electronically, depending on the type and number of items requested.
Currently, there is no charge for this service; however, students are financially responsible for returning books to the library. Before submitting a request, check:
- The MBI Online Catalog for availability of materials.
- Moody Bible Institute’s Library Databases list for electronic full-text availability (my.moody login required).
- Reciprocal borrowing options in your area.
Requests should be for course- or program-related materials only. Submit the online request form below. Requests will be reviewed by Crowell Library’s Public Services Team.
