Tutorials and Online Guidance

The library is here to help you achieve academic success. One way we do this is to partner with professors and instructional designers to build general subject guides, course- and assignment-specific tutorials. To request this service when teaching online, go to Request Embedded Librarian Service.  If you are a student, go to the main LibGuide index to find the one that fits your topic best.

General subject guides provide links to searches and key resources on the topic. For examples, see Biblical Studies, Biblical Languages, and Theology.

Course-specific guides are often embedded into the Blackboard course or syllabus.  For example, see the guide built just for Women's Ministry.

Assignment-specific guides may be the most useful in that the assignment requirements are what entirely drive the instructions. See these tabs:

Additionally, general video or interactive tutorials are also produced to provide general orientation and overviews to using Moody's online library. Many of these tutorials can be accessed by visiting the MBIDL LibGuide tab "All Tutorials."
